  • RESLLER AGREEMENT

    This Reseller Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of purchase ("Effective On Date of Purchase") by and between (Vendor) A3DigitalStudio.com and the (Purchaser/Reseller) for the digital product The Art of Viral Video Creation.

    1. GRANT OF LICENSE

    Upon proof of purchase, Vendor grants Reseller a non-exclusive, worldwide right to resell the Product. Reseller may modify, rewrite, and rebrand the Product for resale.

    2. RESALE RIGHTS

    Reseller may resell the Product through any legal marketing methods and sales channels.

    3. OWNERSHIP

    Vendor retains all intellectual property rights in and to the Product. Reseller does not gain any rights to the Product beyond the resale rights granted in this Agreement.

    4. OBLIGATIONS

    Reseller must comply with all applicable laws when reselling the Product. Reseller is responsible for any liabilities or damages resulting from its resale of the Product.

    5. TERM AND TERMINATION

    This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [number] days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Reseller must cease reselling the Product and destroy any copies of the Product in its possession or control.

    6. GOVERNING LAW

    7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
